He begins Hatha Yoga, Viniyoga, Taijiquan, Shaolinchuan and Shiatsu. After obtaining several qualifications to teach the Feldenkrais Method, he developed his own Feldenyoga and Feldenwater method. In 2013 she began practicing Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga before graduating in teaching. She has a diploma in Mindfulness Facilitator and is a yoga practitioner for children. She practices silent awareness retreats with MBCR and MBCT protocols. He obtained the 2 ** CMAS certification at Sub Muralto as a scuba diver, and the navigation, sailing and motor license with the Swiss Cruising Club. He started practicing yoga at home as a neophyte, at the end of 2023 he started the 200H course with Massimo, to receive the teacher certificate in 2024 from the Yoga Alliance
